1 Agreement to These Terms

1 Registration Process

2 Deposit Processing

1 General Bonus Terms

Where a conflict exists between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable.

3 Promotional Restrictions

1 Strictly Forbidden Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgf333 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgf333 staff or other users.

2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where bgf333 determines that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct, bgf333 may take any or all of the following actions at its sole discretion:

• Immediately suspend access to the account pending investigation.
• Permanently close the account.
• Void any bets, games, or transactions associated with the prohibited conduct.
• Forfeit any balance remaining in the account.
• Report the conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

bgf333's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 8 of these Terms.

1 Casino Games

All casino games available on bgf333 — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and table games — are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
